Your personal code belongs to you. Once you have activated your personal code you may use the program as often as you like. There is no software to download or upgrade. This is entirely an internet based program. Where ever you have access to the internet, you have access to your information.
You may go through the program once, review the outcome, make some changes, review that outcome, and continue making adjustments until you find the life style that suits you personally. Later on if you are moving, use your personal code to figure moving costs and see how it affects your life style. You can see how one decision can affect all the other decisions you make. The first time you access My Decisions, you will need to activate your Account Key and select
your Username and Password. Your Username and Password will be what you use to access My Decisions
from that point forward.

Click on the "Register Your License" button below. |

You will then enter your License in the box provided and click "Continue". |
| 3. |

Your account key will be verified and activated. |
| 4. |
|
You will setup your own Username and Password. |
| 5. |
|
You can then access the My Decisions program anytime with your Username and Password. |

Minimum requirements for accessing and using the My Decisions program are:

Web Browser - Internet Explorer version 4 or greater or Netscape Navigator version
4.08 or greater. |

JavaScript Enabled - JavaScript must be enabled in order to properly use the program. |

Popup Blocker - Any popup blocker should be disabled while using the My Decisions program as
some of the research and supporting information will be opened in additional windows. |

If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please contact your account manager or sponsor
